What is a Technology Assessment? We collaborate with your staff to inventory and review your nonprofit technology. We evaluate its current effectiveness, efficiency, and alignment with your mission and strategic goals. By participating in this process, together we will identify gaps, redundancies, and opportunities for improvements to optimize operations and enhance fundraising, communications, and program delivery.

Full Technology Assessment
- Cost: $25,000-$40,000 generally, depending on size and scope
- Duration: 12-14 weeks
- What it includes: Findings and analysis about your tech, staffing, utilization, gaps, recommendations for improvement, and a technology roadmap.
The outcome of a Full Technology Assessment can lead to:
Software Selection Project: if your tech can’t support current operations and strategic goals, and you need to select new software.
Software Re-Implementation and Adoption Project: if your tech can support your needs and goals, but your organization isn’t using it to its full potential and you need to revamp your operations, structure, and staff utilization.
