Cost: $14,000-$20,000 (depending on size and scope)

Duration: 6-8 weeks

What’s Included: the Re-Implementation and Adoption Project is usually preceded by a Technology Assessment. We use the findings, requirements, and technology roadmap to guide our next steps. 

  • Re-Implementation Plan, to document changes needed in configuration and setup, and a week by week project plan to accomplish each task.
  • Adoption Plan, to retrain staff and increase buy-in for following standard operating procedures for your solution.
  • Project Management: Raise HECK will manage the re-implementation project tasks and milestones, and will initiate the adoption plan.
