- Duration: 2 weeks
- What it includes: Everything in the Small Technical Audit, plus advanced checks on headers, DNS, and IP/Domain reputation. We analyze your engagement, segmentation, and give you a plan for removed non-engaged subscribers and identifying potential spam traps. We will review your content for potential spam triggers, and will assess your sending frequency to ensure you don’t allow supporters to go dormant.
Large: Comprehensive Audit and Remediation Strategy
- Cost: $10,000
- Duration: 4 weeks
- What it includes: Everything from Small/Medium, plus a remediation plan. This service is designed for nonprofits who have low inbox delivery and are on spam blacklists with a low sender reputation. We will prescribe a comprehensive 3-month plan that will rehabilitate your email reputation and increase your engagement with subscribers.
